We want to make sure that our clients make the most of interview situations. Often this can be simply having a better understanding of their processes and evaluation tools. We also frequently agree bespoke interview questions that we adopt to our own processes ensuring that candidates are highly suitable technically and also with the desired personality fit.
For clients with less frequently recruitment needs we are also available to provide in-house training on effective interview techniques and also take part in interview processes, providing an additional level of assessment and impartial evaluation.
When seeking specific skill sets or for volume recruitment projects, Thomson Legal can also design and facilitate bespoke Assessment Centres. Examples can include group exercises, designed to test the interaction and leadership skills of candidates and full competency based interviews and presentation topics which can be accurately scored and assessed.
